HOW DO I REPORT AN ISSUE WITH MY SERVICE OR BOX?

Please send an email to us at hello@zaabox.com. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours.

I ORDERED MY ZAABOX. WHEN DOES MY BOX SHIP?

Once you order you will receive your initial welcome box within 1 week and then your monthly recurring charge will occur on the 1st of the month every month until you decide to cancel.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. HOW DO I DO THAT?

We hope that we were able to shower you with the luxury of the ZaaBox experience! To cancel your subscription, send your name, email address, and order # to hello@zaabox.com and we will cancel your membership. You can cancel at any time, however, if you cancel after your ZaaBox has shipped, your cancellation will apply to the following month and going forward.

I NEED TO UPDATE MY SHIPPING / BILLING ADDRESS.

Go into your account at zaabox.com and update your shipping or billing address and send an email to hello@zaabox.com informing us of the change. We will send you a confirmation email once your address is updated. You must tell us about your address change before the last day of the month to ensure that your ZaaBox goes to the correct address.

I CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONLINE VIA MY ACCOUNT BUT MY BOX STILL SHIPPED TO MY PRIOR ADDRESS.

Oh no! In addition to updating this within your account, you must send an email to hello@zaabox.com informing us of the change. We will send you a confirmation email once your address is updated in our system.

 

MY PAYMENT INFORMATION HAS CHANGED, HOW DO I UPDATE IT?

You may update your payment information by logging in to your account at zaabox.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns but we welcome you to email us at hello@zaabox.com to share your concerns.

DO YOU SHIP TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE US?

At this time ZaaBox does not ship internationally.

 

I SIGNED UP FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, DO I NEED TO SIGN UP EACH MONTH DURING YOUR OPENING?

Once you make your initial purchase of the ZaaBox membership you are a member until you cancel. You will be billed monthly after that initial purchase on the 1st of the month.

MY BOX WAS MISSING AN ITEM, HOW DO I CORRECT THIS?

Please send an email to hello@zaabox.com and we will correct the issue.

HOW DO I SHARE MY PICTURE WITH ZAABOX?

Want to see your own photos on our Goddess page? Just post them on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter and hashtag #zaabox. We look forward to seeing you!

I JOINED THE EMAIL LIST, AM I A MEMBER?

Not yet. You will become a member once you have ordered a monthly subscription on a date that the list is officially open (remember the list is open only ONCE per month).

HOW MUCH IS A ZAABOX MEMBERSHIP?

The ZaaBox membership is $34.95 a month and $5 shipping.

WILL I BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE MY ZAABOX PRODUCTS EACH MONTH?

We do not customize ZaaBoxes at this time but we would love to hear from you on what you love and don’t love about your ZaaBox as we attempt to provide an experience we think you'll love!

CAN I BE ASSURED THAT MY ZAABOX WILL NOT CONTAIN PRODUCTS THAT I AM ALLERGIC TO?

While we strive to let ZaaBox members know the major ingredients in each product, we cannot guarantee that there will not be ingredients that you are allergic to. For this reason please read all ingredients before trying the product.

WHAT IF I AM DISSATISFIED WITH SOMETHING IN MY ZAABOX?

We'd love to hear from you so please let us know if something can be improved by contacting us at hello@zaabox.com. We want to make sure the ZaaBox experience is one of the most luxurious experiences you have each month so we’d love to hear from you!

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE MORE OF A PRODUCT FOUND IN MY ZAABOX?

We encourage you to purchase from our store which features all of the products that are found within the subscription box.
